Assigned courses, course catalog, course history, certificates of completion - you control what features are shown to trainees. You control which catalog(s) is viewable and whether permission from a supervisor is required.
Specify self-enrollment options - allowing trainees to enroll in courses from the catalog with or without supervisor approval. Give users permission to manage their profile information, and/or give them access to personnel files stored in your training database.
Combine manager privileges to create customized access to functions, as well as departments, locations or job titles - giving you the most flexibility to create the roles/privileges that meet your needs.

Mix and match these roles and data access to protect privacy, while allowing you to distribute training administration tasks throughout your organization.
View 'in-progress' training records. Add completion records from 3rd party training courses. Give credit for classroom training, on-the-job training, or other web-based training. Do all of this from a desktop computer, tablet or mobile device.
Optionally attach files (a training certificate, completion email, note from supervisor) to a trainee. Even send the trainee an email to let them know you've given them course credit.
Automatic training reminders keep trainees informed about upcoming requirements and training due dates, freeing you up to do other things.
