Automate requirements tracking with email alerts.
When a trainee is assigned to a course, TrainCaster automatically tracks the course requirements. Training due dates and recurring training due dates are also tracked. Automatic email alerts include assignment notifications, course completions, training reminders and overdue notices. Email alerts can also be sent to supervisors and/or managers at your discretion.
Track quiz scores and survey responses
Detailed quiz information is automatically tracked whenever a trainee completes a quiz. You have easy access to each trainee's quiz scores. Additionally, you can review quiz information at the question/answer level - to see how many trainees selected a specific response to the quiz question. This helps you fine tune your questions, so you can better assess learning.
Survey responses are also recorded and tracked. You see how many trainee's selected each survey response - you can see comments that the trainee may have entered as well.
