Course Assignments
There are several ways to assign courses to trainees. You select the method that works the best for your organization.
- Via a custom pre-training needs assessment. Courses are automatically assigned to trainees based on their responses to the assessment questions.
- By group. Setup curriculums that are assigned to one (or many) organizational groups.
- Individually. User Managers and Administrators assign curriculums to individual trainees.
- Trainee self-enrollment. Trainees select and complete courses listed in the Course Catalog.
Manage Users, Groups & Curriculums
Assign users to groups to track their progress through
courses, and designate group managers
to provide them access to progress reports and email notifications.
Curriculums
allow you to group courses together. Curriculums
can be created and assigned based on job functions,
job titles, job responsibilities. Individual
courses can be assigned to multiple curriculums,
giving you the flexibility to better customize
course offerings.
Add other types of training records to your LMS
Keep track of all types of training records in your learning management database, including third party and on the job training. By storing all training related information in your database, you have a single source of reporting data.
