Powerpoint to Web Course Converter
Use the built-in Powerpoint-to-Web course converter to quickly deploy legacy training modules online. Just upload your .ppt file and TrainCaster takes care of the rest - converting content to a web compatible format. You can choose to convert your slides to static images or to Flash - which preserves animations embedded in your slide show.
If you narrate your presentation the audio will be included and synched to your course. If you use a video clip in your presentation, the converter includes it in your course as well.
Include slide notes to enhance the experience for trainees - giving them additional information on the screen.

Add or edit course content any time with TC Edit. You don't need to know HTML - if you can use MS Word, you can use TC Edit. Cut and paste text or type directly in the page. You can format the text by selecting the font, size and color. Add hyperlinks, images and flash files by using the toolbar. Page templates are a click away to help you include audio clips, videos, flash videos and PDF files in course pages.
Create auto-corrected quizzes easily
Use the built-in Quiz Editor to create auto-corrected quizzes with randomly chosen/ordered questions. Choose from True/False, Multiple Choice, Fill-in-the-Blank, Select-All-That-Apply, Matching, and Sequence question types. You can upload your questions/answers via a text file, or simply type them into the quiz form.
Include audio, video, images, hyperlinks - any web compatible object.. Display one question at a time, or display all of the quiz questions on a single page.
Give trainees instant feedback by adding customized text to be displayed for each possible answer. When the quiz is corrected your feedback is displayed. An example is "Although the ..."

Add a post-training survey to your course to see if trainees felt the content met their expectations. Solicit comments and ratings, and review the responses via the Course Information Report. Surveys can be required or optional.
